Pink Salmon, also called Humpy, start to show up in mid-July with numbers dwindling by early August. They enter the river mixed in with the chum and sockeye that poor in all of July. They love surface poppers and anything pink. They also make for a great shore lunch as they are better eaten fresh than being frozen for a later date.
